What is the quality of the generated artwork?
Our AI creates beautiful, crisp 4K quality images with incredibly rich detail. However, the final quality of the generation is always directly dependent on the quality of your uploaded photo. A sharper, high-resolution original picture leads to a stunning, crystal-clear canvas!
Are my photos safe? When are they deleted?
Absolutely. Your privacy and data security are our top priorities. We permanently delete every uploaded image and every generated artwork from our servers 45 days after your order is complete. No files are kept in our system after this period.
What counts as a "Perfect Photo" for Step 1?
A clear, high-quality photo from your phone or camera works great! Ensure the child is facing the camera directly, the lighting is bright and even, and their face is not blurry or hidden by heavy shadows or filter effects.
Why did my generation fail?
A generation can fail if the uploaded image has too low a resolution, is too dark, blurry, or contains more than one person. Simply re-upload a clearer image. If our servers are experiencing high traffic, it might just need another try (Step 4).
How long does shipping take?
Delivery times are usually around 4–10 working days. As soon as your canvas is printed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package right to your door.
What will I receive with my digital download?
You will receive a high-resolution digital image (5400 × 7200 px) in a 3:4 aspect ratio, ready for printing at sizes up to 18 × 24 inches (45 × 60 cm) without cropping. The file can be printed at home or through any professional printing service.
